Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, Use Cases), and act as a Product Owner to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering through development, testing, and release.
Work closely with global technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Coordinate product testing, defect analysis, and feature validation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, resolve issues, and improve processes.
Manage Agile ceremonies and track requirements using Jira and Confluence.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
Support end-to-end project delivery from requirement gathering through implementation.
Communicate platform updates, enhancements, and project status to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
4+ years of Business Analysis experience.
Strong experience in BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, and process documentation.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and BA documentation tools.
Basic SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
